Llanelly House recently hosted a visit for the Secretary of State for Wales, Cheryl Gillan.

It was a very positive visit with the Secretary of State for Wales, giving her whole hearted approval for the restoration of Llanelly House. 'It's simply a piece of historical magic', she said and continued,' it is a building that has generated tremendous enthusiasm in the community and extra enthusiasm among the people that are working on it'.

The Secretary of State was escorted around Llanelly House by Project Director, Craig Hatto together with other dignitaries and members of staff working on the Llanelly House project.
