Llanelly House recently held a 2 week exhibition at The Mansion House at Parc Howard Llanelli. The exhibition provided the public with the progress of Llanelly House. The exhibition was divided into 3 section: The Past, the Present and the Future.
The exhibition generated interest and head office received a number of general enquires from the public regarding the project and a few have become volunteers. The exhibition was visited by young and old alike. Rhys Evans from Old Road School aged 11 has even enquired to become a child volunteer! The exhibition generated a number of completed questionnaires with very positive feedback from the public. ‘The exhibition was a great success and had received contributions to the exhibition from the Llanelly House Community Partnership group, I would like to thank all for their invaluable time and contribution to the event,’ said Estelle Evans, Community Support Officer.
Rhys Evans from Old Road School aged 11 was really excited about the history of Llanelly House and its Royal connections that he has enquired to become a child volunteer!
